Q: Do the products you sell come with a warrenty?
Yes the products we sell come with the manufacturers warranty for all defects against manufacturing issues or problems, and will be honored as long as the problem is a manufacturing defect and not abuse or misuse.
Q: Why do I require an RMA # when returning goods?
RMA mean return merchant authorization. If you have any reason to return goods, then you must first request an RMA number. Please do not return goods without first getting an RMA number as it will delay the processing of your return. We also recommend that you use a recorded and/or insured means of carriage to return the goods to us as we are not liable for lost or damaged during return.
Q: What is the standard method of shipping?
We normally use UPS to deliver our goods, however FED EX may be used if the product is being drop shipped, or if the package is to large a freight handling company may be used instead.

Q: What type of payments are accepted at MothersPerformance.com?
All credit cards are accepted including Amex, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and Debit cards. Paypal.com is also an accepted means of payment, however paypal is only accepted for sales within the continental United States.
Q: What is your policy and practice for shipping to Canada?
Handeling on all Canadian orders is non-refundable and is based upon the order subtotal.
